MySections sells pre-built Shopify sections and snippets designed for Shopify 2.0 themes. Each section is a digital product delivered instantly after purchase. No physical items will be shipped.

3. License & Usage

When you purchase a section, you receive a non-exclusive, single-use license to use it on one Shopify store. You may customize, edit, and adapt the section to fit your brand, but redistribution, resale, or sharing of the original code is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our checkout provider (e.g., Gumroad). Prices are listed in USD and may vary depending on location or promotional offers. Taxes may apply where required.

5. Refund Policy

Because all products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are final. However, if you encounter any technical issue with a download or installation, contact us HERE - we’ll be happy to help you resolve it.

6. Custom Work

Occasionally, we accept requests for custom Shopify sections. These are separate from standard products and follow their own project terms, pricing, and timelines agreed upon with the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, names, descriptions, and visuals on this site are the property of MySections. You may not copy, clone, or redistribute them without written permission.

8. Liability

MySections is not responsible for any damages, theme conflicts, or data loss resulting from the installation or customization of our sections. Always back up your theme before adding new code.

9. Updates & Modifications

We may occasionally update or improve our sections. Updates are provided at our discretion and may not apply retroactively to older purchases unless otherwise stated.
